1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Little Marvels Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn rewards for referring clients to Little Marvels Studio. Affiliates will earn rewards for each referred client who books and completes a session using their unique referral code or link.
2. ELIGIBILITY TO JOIN
To join the program:
You must be 18 years or older. You must complete our Affiliate Program Application Form. You should have an audience, network, or genuine connections interested in family and children’s photography (e.g., social media, blog, word-of-mouth).
Note: Little Marvels Studio reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its sole discretion.
3. HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
Referral Code or Link: Once approved, you’ll receive a unique referral code or tracking link. Earnings: Affiliates earn: $50 cash (paid via Zelle, Venmo). Client Perks: Your referrals (new clients) receive $50 off their first session.
4. VALID REFERALS
A referral is considered valid when:
A new client books and completes a paid session using your referral code or link. The session is fully paid (including deposits).
Important Notes: Only new clients count as valid referrals. Referrals from repeat or existing clients will not be eligible.
5. PAYMENT TERMS:
5.1 Payout Schedule
Rewards will be paid 5 days after the scheduled mini-session date, provided the session is completed and fully paid. This ensures the client attends the session and the referral is verified.
5.2 Payout Methods
Affiliates choosing cash rewards will be paid via Zelle or Venmo or bank transfer. Affiliates choosing session credits will have the credit applied to their Little Marvels account within 5 business days after the referred mini-session is completed.
5.3 Payment Details
Affiliates must provide a valid Zelle or Venmo or e-mail address for cash payouts. Payments will be made in USD or CAD.
Little Marvels Studio is not responsible for any transaction or currency conversion fees incurred by Zelle, Venmo or your Bank.
5.4 Valid Referrals
A referral is considered valid when:
The referred client books and attends a paid mini-session. The session has been fully paid (including any deposits or balances). The referral is not already an existing client of Little Marvels Studio.
5.5 Tax Responsibility
Affiliates are solely responsible for any taxes or reporting associated with rewards earned through the Affiliate Program.
6. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS AN AFFILIATE
By joining the program, you agree to:
Promote Little Marvels Studio honestly and professionally. Only use approved marketing materials provided by Little Marvels Studio unless you have written permission. Share your referral code or link through approved channels such as: Social media posts and stories Blogs, newsletters, or websites, Word of mouth to family, friends, and colleagues
Prohibited Actions:
Misleading promotions or false claims. Spamming or sharing your referral code excessively. Offering unauthorized discounts or incentives. Running paid ads with your referral code without permission.
Violating these rules may result in removal from the program and forfeited rewards.
7. TERMINATION OF PARTICIPATION
By You: You may leave the program anytime by notifying us at [email protected]
By Us: Little Marvels Studio reserves the right to remove you from the program if you: Violate these Terms and Conditions, engage in activities that harm our brand reputation.
Any unpaid rewards will be forfeited upon termination.
8. PROGRAM CHANGES
Little Marvels Studio reserves the right to modify, pause, or cancel the Affiliate Program at any time. Any changes, including updates to rewards, will be communicated via email at least 7 days in advance

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Little Marvels Studio is not responsible for:
Referral code errors or tracking issues due to technical problems, fees or issues associated with Zelle, Venmo or bank transfers. Affiliates failing to comply with these terms.
10. AGREEMENT
By submitting your application and participating in the program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
